Perspire Sauna Studio - Austin SW

I came in for my first session today and enjoyed it. When I got in my car, I noticed the melasma on my face was significantly darker. Not even two hours had passed since buying the package, I asked for a refund (having never used the sessions) and Pete told me that they can’t do that and all sales are final. While I understand that policy, as a business owner, there are exceptions to the rule. If sauna sessions are detrimental to the skin on my face, I should not be punished and asked to keep the package. I am shocked by the lack of empathy and the rude manner in which I have been treated. I have asked the owner twice if we could talk on the phone, he is quick to tell me no refunds but has yet to give me the courtesy of a phone call. UPDATE: I won't be getting my refund and the team is making it extremely difficult for me to use my sessions. The owner hung up on me when I called. Then, when I talked to the manager, they told me I would get a refund only if I removed my review. I have been treated horribly by multiple staff members there. Save yourself a trip, don't come here!

I can’t say enough great things about Perspire Sauna Studio SW!! From the moment you walk in, it’s clear how much care and attention goes into every detail. The facilities are always spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly inviting—it truly creates a relaxing and rejuvenating environment every time I visit. What really sets this place apart, though, is the people. The owners, Pete and Lindsey are absolutely wonderful—genuinely kind, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. That same energy carries through to the entire staff, who consistently go above and beyond to make every member feel comfortable and taken care of. It’s rare to find a place that combines such high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and warmth. If you’re looking for a sauna studio that prioritizes both your wellness and your overall experience, this is it. Highly recommend, your first session will have you hooked!!

I can’t recommend perspire south west Austin enough! The owners work hard to add a personal touch and get to know you. Not only that, but I’ve tried other saunas in Austin and you can’t beat this price or sense of privacy! Your own private room (with walls!) a private sauna, a tv hooked up to Bluetooth and a shower (in some rooms for members only!). Pete is also accommodating and has overall made my member experience great. Thank you!!

Had my first experience recently out of my own curiosity for red light therapy , as well as infrared saunas, and this hit the mark on both of those. I got a nice session and a thorough explanation of everything works from beginning to end and of course everything in between. Pete it was very kind to show me through the process and explain everything, especially in regards to any beverages you want to place on your account, the towels that they provide , or you can bring your own, dressing to your comfort level , as well as mentioning the temperature control, among others, as well as having t vs in the rooms that have incorporated bluetooth to where you can watch shows or movies while you are in the saunas during your session. I thoroughly enjoyed it and have signed up for a monthly membership 4 For 8 saunas sessions a month (which if they aren't used all-in-one month, the rest roll over into the following month, which is nice!) Highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for these kind of benefits that they list on the website, because I felt fantastic after my first session!

I enjoyed this experience at Perspire Sauna! This place was super clean and cozy. The staff was awesome, taking the time to explain everything and make sure I was comfy. I've never had a sauna before, so it was a completely unique experience for me. My sauna room was a private oasis with all the cool tech stuff. You can customize your session with different-colored lights (each color with its own benefits) and even get some red light therapy. There's a TV in there too, so you can watch your fave shows. Time just flew by in my 40-minute session, and the speakers inside the sauna were a nice touch. The cooling eucalyptus towel was a fantastic way to end the session. The team was super understanding when I had to reschedule due to accidents on the road, and they were very kind and accommodating. Overall, Perspire Sauna was amazing - clean, chill, and rejuvenating. I just wish there was one up north that was closer to me.
