Sweatland has become a self-care staple for me over the past couple of years. The calming atmosphere, private rooms and high quality services keep me coming back! Sweatland is exactly what I need when I am planning a self-care day. I leave feeling 100x better than when I walked in!!

Have done four red light bed treatments, and I'm very pleased with the difference it's already making on reducing aches and pains from an old injury, as well as reducing my caffeine dependency. The staff do a great job in helping this be a very welcoming and relaxing environment. I almost always relax to the point of falling asleep during my session. Excited about where I'll be after 1 to 2 months of treatments!

It was our first time experiencing infrared sauna and light therapy. We tried something new for Father’s Day and in celebration of our birthdays. Brooke was very helpful and made us feel welcome.
