Sauna House North Loop

Had an awesome experience at Sauna House Austin. The temporary outdoor/mobile setup is incredible - the saunas and cold plunges in are dialed in and create such a unique, laid-back vibe while they build out their permanent space. Everything felt clean, well thought out, and easy to use. The contrast between the heat and cold was exactly what you want - super refreshing and energizing. The sauna heat was hot and consistent - 190-200 degrees! Shoutout to Areeb as well - he was fantastic. Super welcoming, helpful, and made the whole experience even better. I had a lot of questions and he explained everything thoroughly to me. Shoutout to Heather, the GM, as well for ensuring the experience was top notch. If this is what they’re doing in a temporary setup, I can’t wait to see the full facility. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re in Austin.

Amazing experience. The sauna was truly hot (which is rare), the cold plunge was perfect, and the staff were wonderful. Loved the lavender and mint tea — such a nice touch. Highly recommend.

I am the biggest fan of Sauna House Austin. Let me begin by stating this place is tech-free, which is the best. There’s plenty of parking here. They keep this place pretty clean at all times and run it well like an oil machine. It’s never that busy here. People come here at all different times of day, but you will find fewer people after 8 PM, for the most part. Shout-out to GM Heather for keeping this place top-notch and hiring the best staff.

Sauna House - What a magical place to reset your body, spirit, and mind. The location is well designed, with an awesome outdoor patio to relax and connect with others after your sauna and cold plunge experience. It was my first time in a sauna and doing a cold plunge, and the staff was extremely knowledgable and helpful as they walked me through all the steps, so I could have the ultimate experience there! Shout out to Timmy and Christine who walked me through everything! 👏 I entered Sauna House a broken man, and left there feeling absolutely PEPTASTIC (pepped up and fantastic). Bonus tip: After your session there, there is a PHENOMENAL taco place one block away called El Tacorrido. Go there and your life will change forever. You’re welcome! ☺️

Finally, a real sauna experience in Austin! The setup is top-notch — clean, cozy, and authentic. Cold plunge is amazing, the steam room feels perfect, and the staff is super friendly. This place is a gem for relaxation and recovery. Highly recommend!
