SweatHouz Belterra Contrast Therapy Studio

I’ve been here quite a few times since the start of 2026 and everytime I go, I’m happy and relaxed and it’s like my personal escape from my daily routine. I love that I can just enjoy music turn off my phone and meditate in a private room with no interruptions. The staff is great and super friendly! The rooms are always clean and the cold plunge is my favorite part! I love coming here and I’m always excited to come again and bring friends or family to check it out. It’s always a good vibe and I recommend it to everyone to give it a try! 10/10

As an executive over 40 with a high bias for speed, my time is my most valuable asset. I need a recovery protocol that works as hard as I do, and the private suites here deliver exactly that. Having the infrared sauna, cold plunge, and Vitamin C shower all in one dedicated space is my daily halftime adjustment. If you need to stay sharp, reset your mind, and keep your body in the fight, this is the place to do it. Five stars.

Whether you’re looking for a place to relax or recover this is definitely the spot. You get your own private room that has a sauna, cold plunge and shower. After you go once you’re probably going to be hooked like I was. Because now I’m here about 4 days a week. But I know a lot of people who come every day. If you haven’t checked this spot out I highly suggest it.

Kaleigh is an inspiring owner of the Belterra location (& future owner of the Austin location opening soon) who is passionate about the health benefits of contrast therapy. She is very personable and provided a warm welcome into this new experience. I instantly felt like I was in a safe environment with her guidance. It was my first time trying out the sauna to cold plunge and I can’t wait for my next session. For me, the shock of the cold plunge from 40 min of 150F sauna was almost overwhelming but after telling myself that I was safe, strong, and that it was only water, I felt very at peace and felt my body adapt to 30F water. I felt a difference in my mental health and as a person diagnosed with MDD, I haven’t felt this quick of an effect from any medication or supplement. Kaleigh put it perfectly when she said described SweatHouz as almost a resilience training. I did a hard thing with an 4 min cold plunge and I am proud of myself. That kind of attitude stuck with me throughout the rest of my day. Can’t recommend this experience enough, especially with Kaleigh’s incredible guidance!

I absolutely loved my experience here! The woman at front was so helpful and informative at explaining the process and the benefits of everything. I appreciated her help and guidance. The suite was very clean and I felt very comfortable with my privacy in there. It was also so quiet which was nice to help enjoy the process more. I enjoyed the Bluetooth speakers inside the sauna so I could relax and watch a show. Highly recommend this place!
